I think this has changed hands. Booked a year ago and was so helpful with top reviews. Now - Blind shutter not able to close, no bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast previously described as being brought to room now a coffee and a croissant at a cafe down the road

No assistance with taxi to port. Had to phone to get details of check in

Wont use again - shame as often use this as a stop over pre cruise

I booked through Hotels.com back in November 2024. I tried to contact the property before checking in - using various means of communication and there was no response. So I has to book another property.

I doubt this property exists anymore. It's a SCAM listing. Requested a refund from Hotels.com

Chambre tres petite . Balcon tres sale avec plantes mortes . Ne vaut pas le prix payé. Aucune aide et petit dejeuner avec1 café seulement et 1 croissant seulement dans un café proche . Nous avons dû payer pour avoir plus de café et plus de nourriture.|Je ne recommande pas du tout .

Great rooms! We stayed here for 2 nights ahead of a cruise and weren't disappointed. The owner was very nice and he personally delivered fresh items from the bakery for breakfast each morning. There's plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and even a small market store right across the street. The owner was able to book us transportation to the cruise terminal at the last minute, and he was just a message away if we needed anything else. The rooms are modern, with good AC, and very nice bathrooms stocked with quality toiletries. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace and people watching. You can't drink the water, though, but they provided bottled water for us. I would definitely stay here again for my next cruise!

Our party of 6, flying in from the US for a cruise, booked 3 rooms at these condos for 3 days which was extremely mis-represented on line. This condo is actually a private group of 3 rooms within one condo. It is on the 2nd floor of a building which has many privately owned condos. This listing belongs on a Air B&B site not listed as a hotel. My party of 6 senior citizens arrived approx. 11am and could not access our booking until 3pm. One of our party was a handicapped senior. When I called the phone # provided by booking.com (backed by Royal Caribbean) no answer!!! When I called booking.com they advised me they had another phone # and could not give it to me!!! they called their secret phone number and advised me that the booking agent would be at the condo by 3pm!! We were left out on the street until someone arrived approx 2:30pm with 7 bags of heavy luggage and of course a handicapped person just sitting in the street!! unbelievable. We were not notified that this booking was for a condo within a private condo bldg. and not a hotel like setting. this was listed as a hotel, TOTAL MIS REPRESENTATION!!!! UNEXQUISABLE!! I am taking this up to Royal Caribbean and booking.com . if anyone is thinking about booking this site, you should reconsider!!! BTW, also advertised the booking comes with a breakfast. We were given a name of a cafe nearby to have our free breakfast and a purse was stolen at this cafe from one of our traveling female friend. If the breakfast was given at the condo, she wouldn't have been a victim. Stay away from this booking.....

Outstanding… The rooms were perfect. Local owner was extremely attentive to accommodate us. Great restaurants close by. Owner brought us cappuccinos and croissants and pastries before our departure following morning and made arrangements for a taxi to take us to cruise port. Was a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again.

This apartment, we found out, post check in, had just changed hands, and was under new management.|On arrival we were not able to access the building, as the door code we had been given was incorrect. We were let in by a kind resident, we then phoned the agent, who arrived with keys and not a very pleasant attitude.|We had asked for a late check out from our room, but this again was all too hard for the new management.|On opening the room, we found no towels and no toilet paper, but again this in the too hard basket for the new managers.|We would not recommend staying at this apartment to anybody, a total disaster.

The perfect locally owned hotel to stay before getting on a cruise ship! Federico is the perfect host! He messaged us the morning of our arrival to confirm and even met us walking on our way from the train station to help with our bags! Federico is very hospitable and friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is very secure (we had 3 keys to 3 separate doors to get to our room!). The rooms were just remodeled and everything is new and clean. Our unit had a an air conditioner which kept it very comfortable. In the morning, Federico delivered fresh cappuccinos and pastries to our room! He also arranged a cab to get us to the cruise port. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to cruise port!
